These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 83ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the 83ok website at https://83ok.bio and any associated sub-domains or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the 83ok website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

Currency & Exchange

All balances and transactions on 83ok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not support multi-currency accounts. Unclaimed Balances

If an 83ok account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, 83ok may classify the account as dormant. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as notified by 83ok at the relevant time. General Bonus Terms

Malfunctions

Malfunction voids all pays and play. 83ok shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of a technical malfunction outside its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 83ok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Either party — the player or 83ok — may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

• At the request of a relevant authority or regulatory body.

Where an account is closed by 83ok due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed by 83ok for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

Entire Agreement

Severability
